Official Bio:

I am a first-generation, born and raised Napa local. The only time I have spent away from my hometown was during my service in the United States Marine Corp (1/1 Charlie Co.), and while attending The College of Agricultural Resource Economics at UC Davis, where I studied Managerial Economics. My youth was set in beautiful scenery amid small-town politics.

Like most others do in Napa Valley, my first job was at a very popular local restaurant: The Red Hen Cantina. This experience gave me my first glimpse into the hospitality industry and acted as the small steppingstone that led me to the Culinary Institute of America at GreyStone. My first experience with a Napa Legend and the world of wine was with the one and only Robert (Bob) Mondavi. I was just five years old when I attended the wedding of his son, Michael Mondavi, and sat next to him. There are many stories to tell of my life, but you’ll just have to call me to swap them.
