Delivery Information
When you receive your order will depend on what level of service you have chosen for your package(s). 2nd Day Air Service is our recommended level of service to ensure the safe transportation of your wine. Ground service can take up to five business days from the time your package is delivered from our warehouse. Please note that we do not process orders over the weekend. Most orders received during the week are processed within 24 hours.
Bounty Hunter Rare Wines deliveries are handled by multiple carriers. Our delivery and handling rates are based on the weight and number of bottles in your order. Insurance value is based on the value of the purchase.
We highly recommend our customers ship their orders with insurance. For all web orders, we automatically add the insurance at a standard industry rate or below, and our customers have the option to opt out. The charges do include handling and packing material.
A default delivery address is your billing address.
Deliveries containing wine require a signature by someone 21 years or older. Our carriers will only make three attempts to deliver and you are responsible for the cost of returned or undeliverable items. For all of these reasons, we strongly recommend delivery to a business address.
To edit an address, click on My Account. The details of your account are displayed. Click on the Edit button below the address that has to be changed.
Shippng Protection will automatically calculate on your order based on the total value of items ordered. You will be charged $1 of insurance for every $100 of item value in your shopping cart. IMPORTANT: Shippng Protection does not cover damage as a result of extreme heat or cold. If you are concerned about extreme weather affecting your delivery, please consider upgrading your delivery service to 2nd day air.

Yes. You can specify as many delivery addresses as you want. However, each order can have only one delivery address. If you need to send to multiple addresses, then create an order for each. Call us (800.943.9463) if you need assistance with large multiple delivery address corporate orders.

Absolutely! There is no shipping or handling charge for warehouse will call pick ups. Please allow 2 business days to process your order and call us at (800) 943-9463 to confirm your order is ready prior to picking up. Our warehouse location is 255 Lombard Road Suite B American Canyon, CA 94503.
Cancellation Policy
If your order has been processed for fulfillment, please refer to our Returns Policy. A full refund is gladly given for cancellations made prior to processing your order. Orders canceled after processing begins will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee that will be deducted from your refund.
Exception: Bounty Hunter pre-sells some highly allocated wines that are not normally available in our inventory. Payment for pre-sells is due when the order is placed. We will notify you when your wine arrives, at which time you can schedule a pick-up, arrange shipping or transfer the product to storage. Requests to cancel an order are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Please refer to the terms and conditions of our services (Trailblazer, storage, clubs) for their specific cancellation policy.
Delivery

Our carriers will only make three attempts to deliver. The customer will be responsible for the shipping fees, 15% product restocking fee, and additional reship costs if you choose to have the product reshipped. For all of these reasons, we strongly recommend delivery to a business address.
Returns Policy
Bounty Hunter is not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, returned shipments, or changes made without notification. If a shipment is returned for an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees, 15% product restocking fee, and any additional shipping cost incurred by Bounty Hunter.
Bounty Hunter stands behind every bottle we sell. If it’s not great, we don’t sell it. But every once in a while, there can be a bad bottle. If you have a bottle that is leaking wine on arrival or incorrect fulfillment of the wrong vintage or wine, we will happily exchange the bottles or credit you if that wine or a comparable wine is no longer available.
Returned bottles must be in unopened, resalable condition and shipped back to us in packaging specifically designed for shipping wine. The wine cannot be exposed to extreme temperatures, or the return will not be granted. When your return is received and inspected, we will issue a credit minus a 15% restocking fee and any additional shipping cost incurred by Bounty Hunter.
All alcohol sales are final. Bounty Hunter does not offer returns or refunds on alcohol purchases. We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by the shipping carrier. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping protection on your order.
If you experience a problem with your shipment, you must notify us within 3 business days after delivery to the recipient; we may, in our sole discretion, on a case-by-case basis, replace the product. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to deliver or import wines into any state outside California. All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in this state. The buyer is solely responsible for delivery of alcoholic beverages. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving the delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to correct all pricing errors.
Title to and ownership of alcoholic beverages passes from seller to buyer in the State in which the sale occurs, and buyer takes all responsibility for the product being transported from the state of sale to the buyer’s selected destination. Buyer may pick up the product at seller’s location, or make independent delivery arrangements. Sales tax will be applied based on the seller’s location. Seller makes no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to deliver or import any alcoholic beverages or other goods into any state. Buyer warrants he or she is solely responsible for the transport of the purchased products and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of bringing the products to the buyer’s chosen destination.
