2018 Complant 'Beller Vineyards' Cabernet Sauvignon Mt Veeder

Father-Son team Daniel and Sam Baron are at the heart of these rock star wines. Daniel was on the vineyard crew in the early days at Chateau Montelena - the first of many legendary wineries on his path to this personal venture chasing perfection in the unique alchemy of co-fermentation.

The 2018 Complant Cabernet Sauvignon is their second vintage from the breathtaking Beller Vineyard on Mt. Veeder in the Napa Valley. It is a co-fermentation of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. Co-fermentation is a technique that creates a synergy between the color, aromatics and structure of two varieties. One cannot achieve the same alchemy with simple blending.
