Il Mallo Nocino Liqueur

Il Mallo is generations old producer of the traditional Italian spirit, who produce a number of variations of the famed walnut liqueur.

The green walnuts are harvested on June 24th (St. John's day) and are steeped in grain alcohol for 11 months. Once this maceration is complete they are pressed and aged for 18 months in stainless steel. Prior to bottling they add cinnamon, clove, sugar and coriander seed The resulting spirit is intensely rich, viscous, and slightly sweet with notes of baking spice and fresh walnut. It's texture is bold yet velvety. Truly an artisan spirit and one of the best Nocino we've ever tasted! Just in time for your holiday cocktailing needs!
